Communication with child

Does any of mother also sometimes have a feeling that your child doesn't completely listent to you or listen but doesn't care what are you talking about?
If you wuld like to improve your communication with your child ,especially a few-years-old here are steps how to achieve that:

Speaking
-speaking in simple language
-summarizing
-speaking not too fast
-speaking clearly
-speaking with enthusiasm

Asking questions
-asking questions allow check whether child understand everything properly,
-encourage to feedback,
-encourage child to ask questions, too.

Listening
-carefully listen to child's words,
-active listening.

Understanding
-speaker should be sure that knows what wants to say and understands the message before starts speaking,

-child should repeat the content of the information to ensure that understand properly.

New job

As a new year has begun also new opportunities has come.
A new job always is a source of happiness as well as a source of stress. Therefore there is a few tips how to deal with stressful situations:

1. Nothing and no one can “make” you feel anything. How you feel and the way you deal with a situation is a choice. I’m reminded of a counselor who would often state “no one can drive your car unless you give them the keys.” You cannot control others’ actions, but you can be responsible for your reactions.

2.Exchange attitude for gratitude. Our attitude has a profound effect on how we deal with situations. Negative attitudes affect our physical, spiritual, and mental wellbeing.

3. Relax, relax, relax. Amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves. If we do not help ourselves, how can we effectively help others? Relaxation rejuvenates the body, mind, and spirit and leaves us better equipped to handle stressful situations when they come.

4. Look at the big picture. Evaluate your stressful situation from a “big picture” point of view. Ask yourself “how important is this?” and “will this matter in the long run?” If the answer is no, it’s likely not worth your time and energy.

New Year's Eve

Christmas time is already over... Memories are in our mind, but unfortunatelly not only memories... also a few new kilograms are somewhere on our bodies :(

New Year's party is coming and dreamed dress can be a bit too small, therefore here is a  1 Day Diet.
It can be start tommorow, then one day to rest, and again a 1 day diet :)

Breakfast: 1 Egg, boiled (hard or soft)1/2 Grapefruit (no sweetener)1 cup black coffee (no sugar, no cream, artificial sweetener is OK)

Mid-Morning Snack: 2 Triscuit Crackers each with 1/4 slice of cheese on them. 1 cup black coffee (no sugar, no cream, artificial sweetener is OK)

Lunch: 1 Can of Tuna Fish3 half-stalks of celery (no salt)1 cup black coffee (no sugar, no cream, artificial sweetener is OK)

Dinner: 3 ounces of skinless chicken or fish6 broccoli or cauliflower florettes1 cup black coffee (no sugar, no cream, artificial sweetener is OK)



Expected Results: You can expect to lose 1-2 pounds in a single day using this diet.



Key to Success: Don't cheat :) . Don't repeat this diet more than 3 times in one week.

Autumn

  Hello!



The weather outside is unpleasant, wet, or cold, there is a lot of rainy days. Many poeple is ill (cold or flu). Illness mostly infects children. I think mums are very often worried what to do to cure child but do ot use strong medicine again.
I have found natural alternative to medicine, which I recommend:

  • ONION SYRUP
Onion is closly relative with garlic, which is garmicidal.The syrup reduces exudation of mucus, has expectorant properties. The syrup is made of sliced onion which is cover in sugar. This mixture should be put into warm place for a few hours. It should be drunk 3-4 times a day.
  • MILK WITH HONEY
To a glass of warm milk add a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of butter and 2 mashed cloves of garlic.
Drink moisturizes and nourishes the mucous membranes of the throat and disinfects. 
  • RIGHT TEMPERATURE AT HOME
Overheating - as well as cooling - promotes the development of the disease. Therefore, often ventilating the apartment,helps to  get rid of the virus and let fresh air. The temperature in the house should not exceed 20 ° C.
  • EASILY DIGESTED DIET
The best thing is to give the patient a liquid, for example: jelly, vegetable soup, porridge on the water or milk. Dishes should have a neutral taste (not too sweet, not too salty). They can not be too hot, because burned mucosa is more susceptible to secondary bacterial infection.

Warm-up

Hello everyone :)
Today's first post is just a warm-up so at the begining maybe a little introduction what this blog is going to be about...
I thing mostly or completely is going to be base on my everday life.


The weather outside is very ugly today and it is quite late so thing that is worth recommendation for those circumstances is MULLED WINE :)


Here is my recipe:
  • 1 orange (sliced and seeded)
  • 1/2 cup of suger
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 bottle of red wine


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot 
  2. Warmed but do not bring to a boil
  3. Serve warm in mugs.
Best thing about this recipe is that is very easy and cheap. No one ever know the difference if it is an expensive of a cheap one. Always teasts delicious :)
